Ordering Process
Consultation and measurement are completely free across all of Estonia. We come to you at a convenient time, take precise measurements, and give professional recommendations without any obligations.
The standard timeline is 6–8 weeks from project approval. We coordinate the exact schedule with you individually to fit your plans.
Yes, changes are possible until the start of production. We are flexible and always find the best solution. We coordinate all details with you before production begins.
We offer free storage of finished furniture so you don't have to worry. We coordinate the installation time with you to fit your renovation schedule.
Yes, we actively collaborate with designers. We can work from a finished design project or create a kitchen within the overall interior concept. We offer special terms for designers.
Materials and Quality
For active use, we recommend plastic-coated facades: Fenix, REHAU, PerfectSense, LLDSP Egger, or acrylic-coated facades. Painted MDF – moisture-resistant, easy to clean, wide color palette. As an exclusive option – natural veneer.
We use only quality hardware (Blum, Häfele) that serves for decades without failure, operates silently, and closes softly. Blum has a lifetime warranty – it's the foundation of our quality.
For active use – engineered stone (quartz): hygienic, doesn't absorb odors, easy to clean. For savings – LLDSP Egger: practical and affordable. For beauty – natural stone or ceramics. HPL – ultra-thin, allows undermount sink installation.
LLDSP and quality painted MDF do not fade. Low-quality paint may change tone. Unprotected natural wood darkens. We use only materials with verified UV protection.
Technology and Functionality
Yes, we connect all built-in appliances: cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators. Everything is included in the installation price. For plumbing and electrical work, we arrange a certified specialist.
Optimal price/quality ratio: Bosch, AEG, Electrolux. Premium class: Miele, Smeg. We offer partner discounts on all recommended appliances.
Partially yes. We can surround a regular refrigerator with cabinetry. A freestanding stove can be placed between cabinets. But it's better to plan built-in appliances from the start – it's more ergonomic and looks better.
Yes, we can integrate retractable socket blocks into the countertop or cabinets. We also provide hidden electrical wiring for appliances. All electrical work is performed by certified electricians.
Warranty and Service
The two-year warranty covers all manufacturing-related issues: facades, hardware, painting, edges. Additionally, Blum hardware has a lifetime warranty. We also provide care instructions to keep your kitchen looking new for years.
We respond quickly – most issues are resolved within a week. We are always available and take care to ensure your satisfaction.
We use Blum hardware with a lifetime warranty – we replace it for free. All our hardware is selected for durability and longevity, so this situation is extremely rare.
Yes, for our clients we can refresh facades, replace the countertop, and modernize hardware. This is cheaper than a full kitchen replacement and gives you practically new furniture.
Prices
We don't have expensive showrooms, large management teams, or advertising costs. We have our own production and save on intermediaries. All savings are passed on to our clients.
We offer a flexible payment schedule: the payment is split into three parts – advance payment, interim payment during production, and final payment at installation. This way costs are spread conveniently across the entire process.
Care and Maintenance
Daily: wipe with a soft damp cloth. Weekly: use neutral cleaning agents. Avoid: abrasive products, excessive water, aggressive chemicals.
On quartz and granite surfaces – briefly, yes. On LLDSP and HPL – only with a trivet. On wooden surfaces – always use a trivet. Ceramic countertops withstand any temperatures.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth – most stains come off easily. Dried stains come off with mild soapy water. Our facade materials are very easy to maintain.
With proper care, a quality kitchen lasts 15–20 years. LLDSP facades – 10–15 years, painted MDF – 15–20 years, natural wood – 20+ years. Blum hardware is virtually eternal.
